- The proposed secondary side gate 3 will be located along the Clementi Avenue 6 which connect to the bus stop next to Regent Park.
The land which Parc Clematis condo sits on was bought for $840.90 million. On top of that, there is an estimated cost of $290.6 million being lease upgrading premiums bringing the approximate cost to be $850 psf ppr(per sq ft per plot ratio)
